Our Lake House project took home First Place for a Residence over 3,500 SF, celebrating its modern yet timeless design that harmonizes with the surrounding natural landscape. This lakeside home balances expansive views, warm materials, and refined detailing to create a peaceful escape deeply connected to its site.
Our Global Investment Bank Firm project in London received an Honorable Mention in the Corporate category under 35,000 SF. smbw has served as the global design partner in realizing this workspace expansion, focusing on capacity needs, enhanced conference facilities, and improved employee amenities.
