smbw has served as the global design partner in realizing this workspace expansion, focusing on capacity needs, enhanced conference facilities, and improved employee amenities. The layout strategically separates top-floor amenities and meeting spaces from dedicated work areas on the floor below, creating an environment that reflects the firm’s culture and prioritizes client interactions.

This building also highlights sustainable building achievements, including a green south-facing façade with sustainable irrigation, a fully electric energy source, and certifications targeting WELL Gold and BREEAM Excellent standards.
