APPROACH
The design approach for RMHF's new office prioritized a professional, welcoming, and timeless aesthetic while integrating local artwork and messaging meaningful to the organization. Key goals included maximizing daylight access across all offices, a large flexible community room for events and outside groups, and a dedicated huddle room for the internal team.
The new space provides every staff member access to natural daylight, a flexible community room that can accommodate a wide range of events and outside groups, and a dedicated huddle room for the internal team to gather and collaborate.
