ABOUT Burt Pinnock is Chairman of the Board and Principal at Baskervill, where he heads up the Cultural + Community Studio. Burt serves on the Board of Directors for the Legal Aid Justice Center and a Chair on the the Virginia Art and Architecture review board. He is a Founder and Board Member of Storefront for Community Design, a nonprofit design center about to celebrate their 10-year anniversary.

His passion for design has created award-winning work for countless communities, from historic cities and cultural institutions to forward-thinking companies and inspiring foundations. His work is rooted in the belief that architecture can provide solutions to cultural challenges
