What keeps you motivated at work?
As resident office fire extinguisher, Fred's flame is fueled by the task at hand. Tomorrow's deadline keeps him up at night and a hot cup of coffee keeps him moving every day.
What are you known for at work?
The design team leans on Fred to solve some of our most technically-challenging design dilemmas. His career and knowledge base are prolific, spanning scales, market sectors, industries, and locales.
Fred is drawn by the need to make things and the need to operate as an individual within a small firm. At SMBW, the highly collaborative studio environment keeps Fred challenged by his peers, while allowing him to lead project teams and to grow as a mentor and business owner.
